This Dungeon Lootr aspects guide covers Aspect Gems, the random Aspect roll on your equipped class, known trait examples such as Blaze, and how gems plug into Forge + class builds on Place 106484206883664 by ClickBytes. Gems commonly arrive from Challenge Dungeon floor rewards (and occasional codes like NEWASPECT). Roll flow: Inventory → Aspect Gem → Use → random Aspect on the current class. Showcase VODs list about 10 live Aspects with distinct VFX and procs. Verified August 29, 2026. Play on Roblox.

Aspects are passive combat traits bound to the class you have equipped — community guides also call them traits or sword-boosting passives. They change how your M1 / skills feel (burn, leech, crit orbs, lightning AoE) without replacing the class skill kit the way a Class Item does.
An Aspect Gem is the consumable that randomly rolls one Aspect onto that equipped class. You do not pick Blaze from a menu; you spend the gem and accept the roll (or keep farming gems to chase a better match). Early Access can add or rename Aspects — always re-open the Aspect panel after patches.
Class Items (Boss Rush chase pieces) overwrite skill sets. Mid-run Blessings are temporary pads. Aspects sit in the middle: permanent-on-class passives you roll with gems, then take into every dungeon until you roll again.
The extract loop already has spin luck and Forge variance. Aspects add a third axis so two players on the same Celestial kit clear at different speeds. That is why gem farming belongs on the same roadmap as progression milestones.
Before you burn inventory space dreaming of Blaze, lock the farm source in the next section.
Community and AI-sourced notes agree: Challenge Dungeon floor / wave rewards are the reliable Aspect Gem pipe. Challenge unlocks around player level 55. Wave clears can also bank Boss Rush Tickets, Exotic materials, Protection Scrolls, and Devil Heart-style chase items — so gem nights double as endgame prep.

| Source | What you get | When to prioritize |
|---|---|---|
| Challenge Dungeon floors / waves | Aspect Gems + tickets + Exotic mats | Main farm after ≈ Lv.55 |
| Codes (e.g. NEWASPECT) | Burst gems when Working | Claim once, then return to Challenge |
| Lobby / event TBA | Unverified alternate drops | Ignore until Discord confirms |
| Boss Rush | Class items / fragments — not the gem core | After tickets; see Boss Rush page |
If you are under Challenge unlock, push Player Level with efficient dungeon clears, Daily / Weekly, and Battle Pass claims — the progression page maps that ladder. Rolling zero gems because you never hit Lv.55 is the real softlock.
NEWASPECT-style strings can grant 2 Aspect Gems when Working. Paste from the codes table after joining ClickBytes if required — then spend the gems on a kit you will still use next week.
Once gems sit in Inventory, the next section is the exact Use path.
Documented flow: Inventory → Aspect Gem → Use → random Aspect applied to the currently equipped class. Equip the class you intend to main *before* you click Use. Training Area (next to Forge) is the clean place to check VFX and procs without risking an extract wipe.
Community progression VODs note that class levels save when you roll off an ability / class — Aspects still belong to the class you rolled them on. Do not treat a gem as account-wide.
Public sheets do not publish a verified pity. Assume true RNG until Discord posts rates. Showcase creators often call Blaze / Umbral “better” based on visible procs — that is opinion, not a guarantee for your next gem.
The examples table below is what community VODs and writeups have named so far.
Showcase VODs count about ten Aspects with unique emblems and particle effects. Written community docs also list overlapping names (Glaciel / Glacial spelling varies). Use this as a recognition sheet, then read your live tooltip — numbers move in Early Access.

| Aspect | Community read | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Blaze | Burn DoT + damage amp on ignited targets | Docs: ~10% M1 ignite 10s · +25% dmg to burning; showcase calls it a top damage Aspect |
| Sanguine | Vampiric / life-steal window on hits | Helpful for Nightmare solo sustain |
| Umbral (Umbra) | RNG orb that auto-crits when it procs | Showcase: uncommon proc, strong when it hits |
| Fulmen | Large lightning AoE orb | Showcase: best-looking AoE; not a guaranteed crit |
| Verdant | Stacking DoT (weaker single tick than Blaze) | Showcase: high at max stacks, slower ramp |
| Ruin | High hit damage; piercing-style emblem | Showcase: strong M1 numbers, subtle VFX |
| Tempest | Lightning cosmetic / unclear speed effect | Cooldown tests in one VOD looked unchanged |
| Phantom | Purple Tempest-like look | Effect TBA — verify tooltip |
| Glacial / Glaciel | Possible slow / freeze; soft VFX | Showcase unsure of exact orb |
| Aegis | Defensive / golden dust swings | Showcase leans tank-oriented |
| Alacrity (docs) | Listed in written sheets | Confirm in live pool — may rename |
If you only remember one kit: Blaze adds a visible burn orb on M1 luck rolls and community text ties ignited targets to a +25% damage window. It teaches the whole system — proc → status → amplified follow-ups — better than a pure cosmetic Aspect.
Pretty lightning is not clear speed. Pair the Aspect with classes archetype (physical / magic / ranged) and forge affixes before you call anything S-tier.
The next section turns the name list into spend rules.

A complete clear kit is class skills + Stats (Str/Dex/Int/Vit) + Forge Gear Score / affixes + Aspect + optional Blessings. Aspects do not fix a wrong archetype dump or a bag you never extracted — they multiply a kit that already clears.
| Build goal | Aspect direction | Support pieces |
|---|---|---|
| Fast trash clear | Blaze / Verdant DoT or Fulmen AoE | Clear-speed Forge weapon · CDR blessings |
| Boss / Nightmare sustain | Sanguine leech | Vitality sprinkle · life-steal ring if rolled |
| Crit spike kits | Umbral auto-crit proc | Luck / crit-friendly affixes when available |
| Defensive learning runs | Aegis-style defense | Block / parry practice before Floor 40+ |
| Unknown roll | Keep if VFX shows a real proc | Test 2–3 Training cycles before rerolling |
Community notes show Blaze attached to Divergent as a teaching pair — physical M1 volume feeds ignite uptime. Mirror that idea on any high-attack-rate kit rather than forcing Blaze onto a pure burst caster that never M1s.
All-Aspects VODs often demo on Azure Devil so viewers see VFX clearly. Use Training Area the same way: same class, swap Aspect, compare proc readability, then take the winner into Challenge.
Chasing Cursed King / Honored One / Anti Magic items via Boss Rush changes your skill kit more than any Aspect. Gem rolls polish the kit; they do not replace Floor 40+ farms.
The dwell decision below stops gem panic-spending.
This is the dwell hook: gem in bag → check equipped class → decide spend / save / farm more Challenge. It does not repeat At A Glance — it is the next thirty seconds in Inventory.
| Situation | Action |
|---|---|
| Main clear class equipped + gem count ≥1 | Spend one · test in Training |
| About to spin off this class tonight | Save gems — class-bound rolls |
| Under Challenge unlock | Save; push progression to ≈ Lv.55 |
| Just redeemed NEWASPECT | Spend on main · do not roll alts first |
| Three bad rolls in a row | Stop; farm Challenge tickets / mats instead of tilting |
| Have Blaze / Sanguine / Umbral you understand | Forge into it — stop rerolling for VFX |
Gem empty → Challenge Dungeon. Kit soft → forge + classes. Patch flipped a tooltip → discord.gg/dungeonlootr.
Passive combat traits rolled onto your equipped class with Aspect Gems. They stack with skills and Forge gear; they do not replace Class Items.
Primarily Challenge Dungeon floor / wave rewards after ~Lv.55. Codes can grant extras when Working.
Equip the target class, open Inventory, Use the Aspect Gem, then verify the Aspect on that class and test in Training Area.
Community showcases rate Blaze highly for burn damage, but best depends on your kit. Sanguine helps sustain; Umbral spikes crits. Read your tooltip.
Treat Aspects as class-bound. Class levels can persist when swapping, but gem rolls apply to the equipped class at Use time.
